Not feeling okay? Nimbu does not replace care or emergency services. In France call 3114 (suicide prevention, 24/7, free) or 112 anywhere in Europe. Elsewhere, call your local emergency number.
Manage or cancel my subscription
Your subscription will go through your Apple account. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, then Nimbu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Restore my subscription on a new iPhone
In Nimbu, use “Restore purchases” with the same Apple account.
Ask for a refund
Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the account that paid.
Allow or stop access to Health
On iPhone: Settings, Health, Data Access & Devices, then Nimbu. You choose each data type and can turn everything off at any time.
